This cover illustrates FC 308/1 (»Dangerous Disguise«); it is based on the original cover of FC 308 (not drawn by Barks). Barks created this cover in 1986 for the slipcase of set II of the CBL; the background is not by Barks and was taken from the original cover.

Scrooge McDuck
Scrooge, who grinds a barrel organ, collects money with 6 cups.
Barks submitted the idea for this cover already on 9 November 1961; he finished his sketch in 1984 for the slipcase of set III of the CBL.
The motif was also used for the cover of US 144 (1977); here, Scrooge has only one cup in his hand.
