It was time to try more exotic recipes, and Uncle Scrooge did just that with a »secret formula« involving bees. The kids had heard from one of the ancients that stings of the angry insects would fill the stingee with glowing warmth that could erase wrinkles like magic.
Well, shivering Uncle Scrooge could stand some warmth, and he could stand to lose some wrinkles; he had acquired a great many in the days since he had left his cozy money bin.
He rented the services of a hive of bees and exposed a judicious part of his anatomy to their therapeutic ministrations. When Donald asked him if he could feel the warmth percolating through his veins, Uncle Scrooge could not answer. He had passed out cold - from the heat.
